Choose from round or square coasters in either 3½" or 4" sizes in light, medium, or heavy weight. Prices include all setup costs and full colour printing on both sides. We even have special value pack pricing for our most commonly ordered quantity.

Custom Coaster Shapes
Do you want to customize your coasters by making them your own custom shape?
No problem! Our equipment is set up to run custom shapes as well as standard shapes,
with standard pricing for most custom shapes under 4"x4",
and if your custom shape is bigger than 4"x4" we can do that too!
We've produced many custom shapes, including the enormous 18" Magic Hat coaster!
Colour Matching
Our standard four-colour process provides rich, pleasing colour for great looking coasters that are suitable for most applications. However, if your company has stricter colour guidelines for your corporate branding, we are able to special print your order using industry-standard Pantone™ colour matched inks, ensuring the closest colour accuracy possible. Just let us know what colours you want and we will take care of it.

Yes, we sell Blank Coasters of different sizes and thicknesses. Our standard package is 2500, 4" square coasters for $75.00 plus shipping, and other shapes and sizes are available upon request.
