I want a custom shape coaster – now what? Help!?!

So you have a custom coaster shape in mind but aren’t sure what the next steps are to get your own custom shape coaster.

Here are a few things to consider:

1)    We offer a custom coaster shape option, which is available with our Value Pack coasters – as long as your shape is within a 4” x 4” area. We will have to see your final artwork and shape to ensure the custom pricing applies. Some custom coaster shapes that are very complex could possibly incur additional cost

2)    If you are looking for a custom coaster shape with quantities larger than 50,000 coasters – we can provide you with a quote. This would involve a custom die to be created and there would be a one time die charge.

If you have a custom coaster shape in mind and really are doing the shape for a small, one-time run – our Value Pack coasters with the custom shape option would be your best option.

If you have a custom coaster shape that you would possibly be ordering multiple times – it may be best to request a quote for a custom run and incur the one time die charge. Your future orders with that exact shape would only be the printing costs – without another die charge.

Once you have decided on which option would be best – contact us and speak with a sales representative to start the process. We’ll need your print ready artwork in order to provide you with an electronic proof to approve. You would then receive an email with your electronic proof along with the approval form. Check the proof – ensure there are no errors – then fill out the approval form and fax/email it back to us. We would then get your order scheduled into production.

Turnaround time for custom coaster shapes could be a bit longer than due to the time needed to create the die for your custom shape coaster.
